Friends,

“You had all the other names there, and it was as if she didn’t exist...suddenly people began to look at her -- this highly decorated woman, member of Congress, senator.”

That’s former Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on his former colleague Tammy Duckworth.

Senator Tammy Duckworth bumps elbows with supporters at a Juneteenth event in Chicago, IL.

It’s no surprise that the junior senator from Illinois is generating so much buzz as a VP pick. Senator Duckworth was awarded a Purple Heart for her service in Iraq, is a frequent and vocal critic of Donald Trump, and is a woman of color -- as well as one of only two AAPI leaders reported to be in Biden’s consideration.

But with a relatively low-profile, especially compared to some of the other names on Biden’s list, it’s unclear if Senator Duckworth has the public’s approval. ASPIRE has made no endorsements, but we’re reaching out to you now to find out:

Would you support a Biden/Duckworth ticket?

YES   NO

Thank you for making your voice heard,
