In the not so distant future....
“Breaking news” flashes across the television screen. The anchor’s smile is rehearsed, her voice steady—reading a script stamped with the White House seal. Anything else would be a crime.
“President Trump has secured another term—winning in a landslide after sweeping Pennsylvania.”
No one is shocked anymore.
After MAGA seized control of PA’s Supreme Court, they gerrymandered Democrats out of existence. Election laws were rewritten. Abortion was banned in Pennsylvania and then nationwide. Dissenters were prosecuted. Journalists fled or fell silent. And the birthplace of American democracy became its graveyard.
Across America, empty courthouses stand as monuments to a democracy that didn’t fight hard enough to save itself.
That’s the future America we are fighting to prevent and it all comes down to what happens tomorrow.
This Tuesday’s Pennsylvania Supreme Court election decides whether MAGA’s judicial takeover begins the dismantling of our democracy—or whether we draw the line here, before the nightmare takes hold.
