New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani gave Jon Stewart a great example in plain English of priorities that need to change:
"In a city where we’re saying we don’t have the money to take care of those who have the least, we have enough money to pay McKinsey to design a trash can. It’s not about money, it’s about will."
Due to New York campaign finance law, Zohran's campaign can't accept donations. But our allies at the New York Working Families Party are running a huge Get Out The Vote program for Zohran and other candidates and that can still be funded – and the PCCC is recruiting volunteers from all across the country.
Thanks for being with us in this fight.
