Nothing gets me more excited about this campaign than going out into our communities and having conversations with Iowans of all sorts.

And few things scratch that itch better than going out and knocking on doors!

This weekend, we knocked on doors in Cedar Rapids and talked to folks about the issues impacting their families, their pocketbooks, and their futures. Truly inspiring.

The only downside is that launching canvasses across the state requires hefty resources for things like travel, training, materials, volunteer recruitment — the works.
