Recently, Congress passed a law that “defunds” Planned Parenthood. Over 1.1 million people have been blocked from affordable, high-quality health care, including cancer screenings, birth control, and more, and as many as 200 Planned Parenthood health centers are at risk of closing.

This attack is devastating—and illegal. So, right now, Planned Parenthood Federation of America is fighting to block the law in court.

When lawmakers ignore the law to target Planned Parenthood and threaten access to care, we must speak up. Jack, will you join us and pledge to defend Planned Parenthood health center patients?

For over 100 years, Planned Parenthood has been forced to defend patients and access to care at every turn. We have never turned our back on this fight— and we never will. But this latest attack is uniquely dangerous and far-reaching.

We’re fighting this unlawful “defund” attempt in court—and it will take all of us to make it clear to the Trump administration and their backers in Congress that we will not sit by while they take away our rights.
