The precarious situation on the ground for Democrats in the critical November 4th Pennsylvania State Supreme Court election is fluid and changing by the minute.
If MAGA takes this court we hand them the keys to the penultimate swing state all but guaranteeing Trump a third term in 2028. They’ll ban abortion and redraw PA’s maps blood red. We can’t let this happen.
Now, everything just hit the fan. Here’s a brief overview of the race and how it has changed drastically since we last checked in:
First: Republicans launched a massive bolt from the blue surprise attack in late August and early September spending tens of millions in this typically sleepy race to rapidly seize the lead.
Then: Democrats stabilized the situation with a decisive counteroffensive that saw game changing interventions from Obama, the DNC and its Chair Ken Martin, and PA Governor Josh Shapiro, along with the injection of tens of millions of Democratic dollars into the race.
Now: Last night Republicans opened the floodgates and launched an unprecedented last ditch assault to seize this court. Trump has officially intervened. MAGA turnout is surging and they are rushing millions of dollars into the breach to exploit this breakthrough.
This is a five-alarm fire. Losing this critical court tomorrow could be fatal for the Democratic party and right now it is anyone's game.
We are calling on every Democrat in America to rush to the aid of Pennsylvania. We are defending this court like the Alamo but we are surrounded on all sides and we desperately need backup.
If we hope to hold out any longer we need a tidal wave of small dollar contributions to drown out the impact of Trump’s intervention. The cost per vote (CPV) in this race is $55.
