Senator Tom Cotton Files for Reelection to the U.S. Senate, Announces Senator Breanne Davis as Campaign Manager
LITTLE ROCK, AR – Senator Tom Cotton officially filed for reelection to the United States Senate as a Republican, entering the race with the strong backing of President Donald J. Trump, the entire Arkansas Federal delegation, and Arkansas’s entire slate of statewide elected officials.
“Senator Cotton has fought and delivered for Arkansas’s conservative values. He is grateful to have the support of President Trump, Governor Sanders, and many other Arkansas conservative leaders. With an outstanding campaign team led by State Senator Breanne Davis, Senator Cotton is ready to keep fighting for Arkansas’s values against the far left,” said Brian Colas, campaign spokesperson.
State Senator Breanne Davis will serve as Campaign Manager for the Cotton for Senate campaign. Davis, a respected conservative leader from Russellville, represents Pope and Conway Counties, and also represents Dardanelle in the Arkansas Senate.
Senator Cotton’s campaign starts the race with $9.5 million cash-on-hand, bolstered by contributions from thousands of Arkansans in all 75 counties. That’s more than double what the campaign had at this point in the 2020 election, and more than any Arkansas Senate campaign in history.
Senator Cotton has been endorsed by President Donald J. Trump, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge, Attorney General Tim Griffin, every Arkansas statewide official, Senator John Boozman, and all four members of the state’s U.S. House delegation: Congressmen French Hill, Steve Womack, Bruce Westerman, and Rick Crawford.
He is also supported by dozens of U.S. Senators, including Senator Tim Sheehy, Senator John Thune, Senator John Barrasso, Senator Tim Scott, Senator Bill Hagerty, Senator Cynthia Lummis, Senator Roger Marshall, Senator Jim Banks, Senator Ted Budd, Senator Chuck Grassley, Senator Mike Rounds, Senator Deb Fischer, and Senator Markwayne Mullin, along with 108 of Arkansas’s 110 Republican State Legislators and numerous conservative leaders across the country.
