The new Amendment 3 will be voted on by voters in the November 3, 2026, general election. Ironically, the measure will appear as “Amendment 3”, even though it aims to roll back some of the worst provisions of the November 2024 pro-abortion Amendment 3 constitutional amendment that barely passed.
The Missouri Right to Life, the St. Louis County Republican Committee, MO Protects, and State Legislators will explain the meaning of the Amendment and the organizational steps we are preparing to get voters to the polls and vote yes to the new Amendment 3. Come and learn how you can help get involved to protect the unborn in Missouri and ensure parental rights.
The 2026 Amendment 3 ballot initiative would amend the Missouri Constitution to guarantee access to care for medical emergencies, ectopic pregnancies, and miscarriages; limit abortions to medical emergencies, fatal fetal anomalies, rape, and incest; restore health and safety standards for abortion clinics; ensure parental consent for minors; prohibit public funding of abortions except in limited circumstances; and, protect children from gender-transition treatments and procedures.
