A shady MAGA group, “Swamp the Vote USA,” has emerged at the last minute in this critically important race in Pennsylvania, encouraging voters to “swamp” the upcoming Supreme Court retention election to make their vote “TOO BIG TO RIG.”

MAGA dark money PACs had already set their sights on Pennsylvania’s critical judicial race with an ominous initiative called Project Doorstrike.

But Swamp the Vote is a troubling new development in a race with national implications and less than 48 hours left for Democrats to turn out our voters.

Independent and right-leaning voters are being targeted with false messages that Democrats will “rig” the vote unless they turn out and vote No on retention:

This election holds three times as much risk and danger for our democracy as any other election: the court’s 5-2 liberal majority hangs in the balance, as three Democratic justices are up for retention or defeat on the same ballot on November 4.

This situation is unprecedented: only one justice has ever lost a race for retention. But now, MAGA is zeroing in on this race as an opportunity to set the stage for Trump to run again in the 2028 presidential election, and polls are showing a toss-up.
