As we enter this month of Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for the tremendous ways God has provided for our ministry over the last year. I’m so grateful for the many faithful volunteers He has raised up to do this work with us—especially as we begin the holiday season.

Prison Fellowship Angel Tree is well underway for 2025. Thank you to all our church partners who help serve more than 270,000 children of incarcerated parents through Angel Tree Christmas! Angel Tree is for all kinds of churches: large and small, city and rural. Some congregations can sponsor 10 children, and others can sponsor hundreds. Each Angel Tree outreach can reflect a church’s unique strengths and character.
We still have thousands of remaining children who are waiting to be matched to a local church this year, and Christmas is just weeks away.

Will you help us share the love of Jesus with these kids ?
Did you know that incarcerated parents get to include a message for their child in their Angel Tree application, and that message will be written on the tag that goes with their gift? Here are some of the beautiful messages we’ve helped deliver to children from their parents:
I love you, son. I hope that you have a great Christmas and that we will have many Christmases spent together in the future. Remember to be grateful to Jesus today. I love you so much and I miss you, son.

Angel Tree brings the joy of connection to the entire family. Children at home get to feel loved and remembered, and parents can know they did something special for their kids. Our hope is that families can experience the love of Jesus as they connect with a local church community, Lord willing.
