Republicans control the government. They’ve got a majority in the House, Senate, and the presidency. They promised that once in power, they would make life more affordable.

Instead, millions of people across the country will see their health care premiums double or even triple in 2026. Between 750,000 and 2 million Americans could lose their health insurance altogether.

And what’s the party in power doing about it? They’re blaming Democrats.
