Last week, the Supreme Court issued a fractured decision that — while
preserving abortion access in Louisiana for now — leaves the door open for
anti-choice, anti-freedom politicians to redouble their efforts to
undermine access to care and push even more legislation rolling back our
reproductive freedom.

During his confirmation fight, we warned that Brett Kavanaugh's
confirmation to the Court would have catastrophic implications for
abortion rights. Now, he has shown his true colors once again,
demonstrating that he'll stop at nothing to attack our reproductive
freedom and advance an ideological agenda.

We can thank the anti-choice Republican senators who have voted in
lockstep with Trump for years, including voting to confirm Kavanaugh and
stack the Supreme Court against our reproductive freedom. This is our best
chance in years to flip the Senate. But we can’t do it alone,
John.

[ [link removed] ]Pledge to vote anti-choice senators out of office and make sure it’s
clear: When you come for our rights, we come for your seats.

We’re only 4 months out from one of the most consequential elections of
our lifetimes. The Supreme Court's decision has made it abundantly clear
how important it is for us to elect champions for reproductive freedom and
flip the Senate this fall. The future of our democracy is at stake.

Donald Trump’s cronies in the Senate have confirmed his judicial nominees
at breakneck speed. In June, the Senate confirmed Trump’s 200th judicial
nominee, the second most judicial appointments of any president at this
point in his presidency.^1 And of course, that list includes not 1, but 2
anti-choice Supreme Court justices: Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

With reproductive freedom under attack like never before, it is crucial
that we hold senators accountable and flip the U.S. Senate to a pro-choice
majority now. [ [link removed] ]Make sure anti-choice senators face the wrath of
reproductive freedom voters like you in November. Pledge to vote them out
and then spread the word to 3 of your friends.
