My opponent, Thom Tillis, is one of the most vulnerable Republican Senators in the country. But you don’t have to take my word for it, John — the polls prove it.

Here are a few of the latest:

Major election forecasters believe North Carolina is one of the best chances Democrats have to flip a Senate seat in November, which explains why Senate Republicans led by Mitch McConnell have launched new attack ads against me as part of a $40 million effort bankrolled by corporate special interests who want to sink our campaign.

Look, this is only the beginning of what will surely be an onslaught of cash from McConnell’s right-wing donor network. And I’m reaching out because we have to win this election to end this sort of corruption in our government, but that cannot happen unless we have the resources to respond to these outside attacks.

John: Will you contribute $10 or more to our campaign for U.S. Senate today? Every penny will help us reach our mid-month fundraising goal ahead of next week’s deadline while putting our campaign in a strong position to fight back against attacks from the other side:

Our campaign is about bringing change to Washington. While my opponent has done the bidding of McConnell’s wealthy donor network since the day he stepped into office, I believe we deserve leaders who work for everyday folks like you. If you agree, I hope I can count on you to chip in today.

Together, we will win this race and take back North Carolina.
