Team,

When it comes to controlling the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the president is failing.

While international allies around the world have flattened the curve and practically eliminated new cases in their countries, cases are skyrocketing all over the United States after many states reopened too early. We've officially surpassed 3 million cases and 130,000 deaths -- and there's no end in sight.

As health expert Dr. Anthony Fauci said this week, "I don't think you can say we're doing great... we're just not." He's now encouraging states with record-breaking numbers of new cases to shut down.

Meanwhile, this dangerous president and his administration are threatening states to reopen our children's schools this fall or risk funding cuts -- they've offered no kind of national strategy to stop the spread of this deadly virus. With a lack of presidential leadership, it's clear our leaders in the Senate and House must do something about this ASAP.

Cory actively supported the first rounds of pandemic relief to small businesses, workers, and our health care heroes, in addition to funding for additional testing. We need more of that now to get a handle on this public health crisis in order to save lives and revive our country.

If you agree it's time for the Senate to pass additional coronavirus relief and testing, add your name alongside Cory's now.

Only by coming together will we be victorious in defeating this pandemic.
