Election Day for the party primary runoffs in Texas is this upcoming Tuesday, July 14. Although primary elections were held back on March 3rd, 16 of those elections for the Texas House and Senate have proceeded to a runoff because no candidate was able to garner at least 50 percent of the vote ([link removed]) .
NEW DATA AVAILABLE:
All Texas candidates in the runoff races had to file updated reports, and we've got those numbers live: $44,188,790.20 in total new contributions and $38,616,725.82 in total new expenditures reported during the time frame leading up to primary runoffs.
