Pennsylvania’s State Constitution requires that every ten years State Supreme Court Justices face a reelection vote.

The three Democratic Justices responsible for the Democratic majority on the PA Supreme court are up for reelection this Nov. and MAGA has launched an unprecedented full scale assault on them to ensure they are removed.

Their removal would mean a full GOP redistricting of the PA congressional map, a total abortion ban, and no accountability for MAGA vote rigging in 2026 and 2028. PA will go so far to the right it will be unrecognizable. 

These three Democratic Justices are facing daily relentless attacks in the run up to their November 2025 retention election

MAGA billionaires have been saturating Pennsylvania voters with attacks against these justices, telling vile lies like they “protect pedophiles.” In the final stretch, GOP turnout is surging and Democrats are getting outspent. If the election were held today, it would be a complete toss-up. What we do in the next 3 days could put the Democrats on top.

Sadly PA’s rules of judicial ethics limits these justices from campaigning for themselves meaning they are completely defenseless in the face of the MAGA onslaught they are up against and they need our help 🥺🐶
