While thousands of citizens of Latino, Chicano, and Mexican descent in Colorado’s 4th district live in fear of being snatched by masked ICE agents for no other reason than the color of their skin, language, or accent, they are looking to their elected representative to defend their rights.

Unfortunately, their current elected official is Lauren Boebert. And this is her response to her constituents looking for leadership:

Mockery—a Mexican minstrel show akin to blackface.

This is the Lauren Boebert that Colorado has come to know: a vile racist with no humanity. Someone who celebrates discrimination, dehumanization, and violence unleashed by the federal government against her own constituents.



Colorado knows that the violence ICE is unleashing in our communities isn’t about public safety or enforcing the law, it is about cruelty:

Any elected official who takes their oath of office seriously would oppose these blatant violations of our constitution by the federal government. But not Boebert—she celebrates it.



Boebert is in Congress because of 546 votes. In 2024 when she went head to head with her Democratic opponent, labor leader Trisha Calvarese, she massively underperformed Trump in every county whereas Trisha had the best performance a Democrat has ever had in this district. She is vulnerable and Trisha is back to finish the job in 2026.
