The lights are flashing red. Democrats are inadvertently voting for the MAGA ballot option by the tens of thousands, a rate so alarming that it could decide the election. Here’s how it happened: First — this Summer, the GOP set its sights on a hostile takeover of the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court. Control of this court means that MAGA can impose an extreme abortion ban, redraw PA’s Congressional map, and rig the 2026 and 2028 elections. We’ll never win PA again. Then — the GOP put millions of dollars behind a disinfo campaign using sentiments typically expressed by Dems, such as “Defend Democracy, Protect Women, or No Kings — Term limit the court” in order to deceive Democrats and independents to vote No, the MAGA ballot option. Now — Thousands of Democratic and Independent voters who have turned in their mail-in ballots are saying they fell for it — they got duped and voted to remove Pennsylvania’s 3 Democratic justices because of MAGA’s disinformation. If trends continue at these alarming rates, we lose. The headlines will read: “Pennsylvania has fallen.” 3 days remain until E-day, and we are scrambling to contain MAGA’s breakthrough. This past Wednesday, we placed a $300,000 cable buy, and on Friday AM, we put another $200,000 behind hyper-targeted digital ads, both of which tell voters that voting Yes is how we protect abortion.
