John, I’ll keep this brief: November is notoriously the toughest month for fundraising. People are shifting focus to their holiday plans, tuning out the news, and ignoring all things politics. Donald Trump will not take the holidays off from his pursuit of autocracy. Donald Trump is running our country into the ground while giving handouts and favors to himself and his long list of loyalists. He wants to turn our democracy into an autocracy, where he and he alone rules. But so long as we speak up and resist, he will never finish the job. So our resistance cannot relent. We must remain steadfast in our commitment to fight for our democracy. Speak Up PAC is gearing up for the critical 2026 election, which will be the first major opportunity to check Trump’s power. We are making plans to support the frontline candidates and organizations that will decide control of Congress and your state legislatures. But this work is going to be expensive, especially since we are up against MAGA billionaires across the country. So we are filling our war chests now, and we can’t let a tough month for fundraising slow us down.
