I know you’re feeling it too, John. Every week, it seems, we're fighting yet another existential crisis for our democracy. From Texas’s racial gerrymander to attacks on the Voting Rights Act to ongoing attempts to undermine free and fair elections nationwide, the fair maps movement has had our work cut out for us. Fighting back wouldn't be possible if it weren't for grassroots supporters like you who keep us going. Whether you're volunteering, spreading the word about the attacks on our democracy with your loved ones, or donating whatever you can to help us ramp up our democracy-saving efforts — I want to express my deepest gratitude to you, however you’ve been able to contribute to this movement. Looking to Election Day next week, the midterm elections, and the upcoming census — I know we’ve got some tough fights ahead. But I also know that supporters like you are our last line of defense against Trump’s power. I find hope and strength in knowing that we’re in this fight together.
