Folks,
Republicans control every level of government. They control the House, the Senate, and the White House. And they simply don’t care that the government is shut down, that the Supreme Court is reviewing Section 2 of the VRA, that Trump is tearing down the East Wing of the White House, or that he just sent $20 billion dollars in taxpayer dollars to his wealthy friends.
That is absolutely unacceptable and at a time when our democracy, our economy, and our fundamental rights are all under threat, we can’t afford complacency.
