I won’t sugarcoat it, John, being out on the campaign trail can be exhausting. I’m working hard every day alongside my team to make sure we win this race.
But I didn’t run for Congress because I thought it’d be easy. I knew this race would be an uphill battle from the very start — but I’ve never backed down from a tough fight, and I’m not planning on starting now.
I’m running because I love Tennessee, and over the last few months, I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many hardworking people who make our state great.
But Tennesseans are tired. We’re tired of a government that’s leaving us behind to support billionaires and corporations.
We’re tired of seeing Republicans in Congress vote to cut critical benefits and make life less affordable.
It’s time for a change, and I’m ready to lead the fight.
