Email from Republican Party of Arkansas Catch up on key updates, insights, and news from the RPA team October 31st, 2025 Chairman's Corner: A Note from Chairman Wood Happy Halloween! Halloween may bring out ghosts and goblins, but for hardworking American families, the real fright this season comes from Washington - and the Schumer Shutdown that’s threatening their livelihoods. Democrats have now held the American people hostage for over a month, forcing families to suffer in their selfish pursuit of political leverage. Thankfully, our Governor is stepping up to protect vulnerable families here in Arkansas. Today, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the direction of $500,000 to six food bank networks across the Natural State and the release of the site HelpArkansas.com as a food assistance resource for families throughout the state, and how to volunteer or donate. Next week marks the start of Candidate Filing Week for the 2025 election cycle in Arkansas. To help make the process smooth, RPA staff will be on-site at the State Capitol on the first day of filing — Monday, November 3rd, beginning at 12:00 PM. Visit the RPA Table to pick up filing forms, get assistance from our team, and take advantage of our photo backdrop for social media opportunities. RPA Chairman Joseph K.Wood After visiting the RPA Table, candidates will complete the filing process at the Secretary of State’s Table. Please remember to bring a valid driver’s license or passport, along with the appropriate filing payment. Change will be limited, so exact payment or checks are strongly encouraged. For those unable to file on the first day, folks will have an opportunity to file every day through Tuesday, November 12th, at 12:00 PM at the RPA Headquarters. Please note that all paperwork needs to be filed with the Secretary of State's office by noon, so please plan accordingly if waiting until the last day. We strongly encourage candidates to file early to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and to allow ample time for any necessary adjustments. For full details on eligibility, fees, and submission procedures, please visit the Arkansas Secretary of State website or contact our office directly by calling their office at, 501-682-5070 or

Voter registration is collapsing, enthusiasm is evaporating, and no amount of spin can cover up the fact that voters are running away because they are too far out of touch with the American people.
