Today may be Halloween, but that’s not what’s scaring us.
Today marks one month since Republicans in Congress shut down the government in order to slash healthcare for millions of Americans and raise premiums for millions more.
So, in the spirit of the season, we’re taking a look at some of the GOP ghouls hell-bent on making life harder for everyday Americans:

WI-03 Rep. Derrick Van Orden:
A MAGA man at heart (who made that clear on Jan. 6th) who would rather tweet 1,155 times during the government shutdown than hold a single town hall and spends his time calling Democrats “domestic terrorists” instead of supporting Wisconsin families.

WI-07 Rep. and Republican candidate for Governor Tom Tiffany:
A tried and true sell out who voted for Donald Trump’s Big, Ugly Bill, wants to eliminate reproductive healthcare, and would rather defend Trump’s tariffs than the Wisconsin families and farmers suffering their consequences.

Maria Lazar:
Another MAGA pawn who thinks that stripping millions of women of reproductive healthcare is “wise” running to expand the far-right’s influence on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court.

Even if the spooky monsters and scares of Halloween don’t put you on edge, the possibility of any one of these three MAGA cronies winning in 2026 should.
