We’re living in frightening times.
Trump’s mid-decade redistricting plots are spreading across Republican-led states like fog, creating poisonous maps to smother our voices. Mysterious billionaires are dumping toxic cash into our elections. Lingering threats from Trump that maybe he won’t run (for now) for a third term rattle around in the press.
With so many threats going bump in the night, we need to shine a bright light on what will push back against Trump’s most ghoulish plots.
Pennsylvania is that beacon. As an often-decisive swing state, their State Supreme Court will play an important role in stopping Trump from messing with the election results in 2026 and 2028.
VOLUNTEER
State by state, district by district, legislators are bowing to Trump’s demands, clearing a path for him to rig the 2026 midterms. Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina have gutted Democratic districts, and other states, like Florida, Kansas, and Indiana could follow suit.
State courts are often our last line of defense when it comes to fighting Trump’s election rigging schemes, bogus election result challenges, and sneaky voter suppression tactics. We clearly cannot afford to see Pennsylvania’s court crumble.
Off-year elections can mean low turn out, so having a court that could break any hex that Trump tries to place on our elections could come down to a small margin of votes. Make sure our democracy is in the safe hands of judges who want to protect it, starting in Pennsylvania. Losing them now would be scary.
