Now more than ever, our union needs skilled, confident organizers who can bring people together and turn shared concerns into collective strength.

The Moment Is Now: Virtual Organizer Bootcamp is a four-hour, hands-on training that helps you strengthen your organizing muscles and grow as a leader in your workplace and beyond.

Like any good bootcamp, this session is interactive, practical, and focused on building real skills you can use right away. Expect to leave this session with:

• A deeper understanding of how to mobilize coworkers and grow collective power
• Guidance on how to approach structuring an organizing plan
• A clear framework for having effective one-on-one organizing conversations
• Strategies to effectively identify key leaders, activists and networks

This is your chance to grow your skills, build relationships, and strengthen our collective efforts. The moment is now. The movement is you.

As a reminder, to join the session you'll need to create an AFGE Learn account, which is separate from the credentials you use to log into the AFGE website.
