Do not Google “Beetlejuice” in front of the children.
Why? Well instead of the 1988 Tim Burton directed classic, you might get video from this infamous Boebert scandal instead:
That’s right, a sitting Congresswoman was removed by security from a musical adaptation of Beetlejuice for belligerently smoking a weed vape, getting very hands on with her partner in a packed public theatre, and being abusive to theater workers.
It’s unbecoming of the office, that much is obvious. But the incident also highlights the absurd hypocrisy of Lauren Boebert’s “holier than thou” brand of hate.
This is the conduct Boebert engages in while she uses her Christian faith as political cover for her extremist right-wing ideology and attacks on LGBTQ people, immigrants, Muslims, and black and brown people.
Boebert is in Congress because of just 546 votes. The people of CO-4 are sick of hypocrisy and circus acts that come with Lauren Boebert. They want a representative who they can be proud to say is their Congresswoman.
Trisha Calvarese is the Democrat running to defeat Boebert and restore dignity to CO-04. A labor leader, she is running on an economic populist platform to create jobs, support farmers, and fix our broken healthcare system. In 2024 when she ran against Boebert this platform gave her the best performance a Dem has ever had in CO-04.
