At Humane World Action Fund, formerly called Humane Society Legislative Fund, we’re working to end animal cruelty once and for all. That’s why we’re pushing for stronger animal protection legislation, like the Puppy Protection Act. This bill would drastically improve the quality of life for dogs in “mass production” breeding facilities regulated by the government by providing them access to bigger enclosures, increased socialization and exercise, essential veterinary care and more.
