What's Scary? Not Voting!!!

There is nothing spookier than not voting.

It is critically important to vote in every primary and general election in every year. Electing local government representatives who will be accountable to their constituents and responsive to their needs is one way to check irresponsible policies and actions of those who don't prioritize people's concerns.

Your city council is responsible for public safety including our police force. Our job is to promote safe and affordable housing, workforce development and economic opportunities. We also strive to improve mobility and infrastructure, environmental stewardship and planned growth. We work to make sure local taxes are effectively addressing community needs. These are issues that affect residents' everyday lives.

Use your POWER: Vote for your mayor, city council representatives, school board, and decide on the Transit Sales Tax referendum.
For the list of 21 Early Voting locations open NOW through Nov. 1st, (8 AM - 3 PM) click here. On Election Day, Tuesday, November 4th, vote at your precinct's polling place from 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

I am honored to serve as your At-Large City Councilwoman and humbly ask for your vote for re-election.
