Happy Halloween, fellow activist!

Here’s a horror story for you, so grab your flashlights and your favorite candy:

It's a few years from now, and a critical court case on marriage equality reaches the PA Supreme Court. The Trump Administration has successfully overturned Obergefell – the court case that protects marriage equality nationwide – and now the Pennsylvania Supreme Court must decide whether marriage equality remains legal in our commonwealth.

Whitewood v. Wolf protected marriage equality before the U.S. Supreme Court decided Obergefell. Now, that decision is being appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

In this draconian future, MAGA has a majority on the PA Supreme Court, and they have decided to follow in the extremist footsteps of other right-wing-controlled state courts across the country and prohibit same-sex marriage. Even scarier is that the PA Supreme Court refuses to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states.

Terrifying right?! That spooky story is a reality we could face in our Commonwealth if Pennsylvanians do not retain our justices and vote YES on Election Day.

Will you rush $25 to support our work as we reach as many voters and ensure they GET OUT TO VOTE ahead of Election Day on Tuesday? We are fighting for basic human rights and the future of our state courts →
