It’s a Friday, and very early — not to mention Halloween 🎃 — so I’ll keep this short, I promise!

The honest truth is that fundraising tends to take a dip in November, and can slow to a trickle in December. It’s nothing new, it’s just reality.

But that does put some extra pressure on us to close out October on a high note so we don’t have to slow down our outreach heading into the holiday season, even if resources aren’t overly abundant.

That’s why our $75,000 October fundraising goal is so important, and it’s why I’m reaching out early today before my message gets lost in the Halloween shuffle.
