I’ve spent most of my life fighting Trump. It's been pretty f*cking scary.
He's sent the military into American cities, declared wars unilaterally, and he's used the FBI to silence political opposition — that is, when his ICE agents aren't physically assaulting lawmakers.
At 15, I volunteered for Bernie Sanders, and in 2020, I launched a grassroots organization that rallied progressive young people to defeat Trump. I reached tens of millions of young voters and we won. But now with Trump back in the White House, I'm organizing Path to Progress, the largest volunteer group run by and for young voters!
Trump's fascist takeover of our country was made possible by young people staying on the sidelines or being radicalized in far-right echo chambers. We're reversing that.
We're educating and mobilizing young voters in next week's elections in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California.
