As we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic, these protections have never been more important — yet the Trump administration insists on continuing its attacks on our healthcare, stripping critical LGBTQ+ protections, and calling on the Supreme Court to overturn the ACA altogether.

The ACA has provided hardworking Americans with affordable healthcare, with an emphasis on taking care of people who have pre-existing conditions.
Our legislation will further protect those who need it most and strengthen access to healthcare across the board — and we’ve never needed it more. But the Trump Administration’s continued attacks on the ACA threaten everyone’s right to quality, affordable healthcare.
