When I was a Drill Instructor in the U.S. Marine Corps, I trained the next generation of warfighters. The hardest test they had to face? The “Crucible.”
It’s brutal—54 straight hours of exhaustion, hunger, and grueling challenges. And every training cycle, there were recruits who doubted they could make it.
I remember one young woman—she was 4’9” on a tall day, maybe 109 lbs soaking wet. The obstacles towered over her. Every mile felt impossible. But when she hit her breaking point, I refused to let her quit—and she made it through.
That’s what this campaign is about.
I know times are tough right now for working families. The cost of living is too high. And instead of helping, extreme politicians in Washington are selling our democracy to corrupt billionaires.
It feels insurmountable. But I know firsthand that nothing is.
I know that if we dig deep, we can BEAT the corrupt Washington establishment together, with overwhelming grassroots momentum.
