Democrats in Richmond have called a special session just days before the election to start the process of eliminating non-partisan redistricting - the very reform that Virginia voters overwhelmingly passed to ensure fairness and transparency.

It’s a blatant power grab, timed to take Republican leaders off the campaign trail - including Lt. Governor Winsome Sears - while Abigail Spanberger and her allies keep campaigning. This isn't about governing - it is about control.

Not only that - but Democrats voted multiple times against an amendment condemning political violence. It wasn't a political amendment - it was as simple as that - condemning political violence of all kinds. What kind of party refuses to condemn political violence?
