They're at it again. This week at the Capitol, extremist Republican legislators introduced several reckless pro-gun bills. Of course, these bills come straight from the playbook of the greedy corporate gun industry.
They think they can bully Wisconsinites into protecting guns more than we protect our children and our communities. But we won’t stand for that.
The scariest of these bills would create a concealed carry system that entirely erases permits. That’s right. It would mean that nearly anyone could carry a concealed gun, nearly anywhere, at any time -- with no training or knowledge of firearms. It would mean more gun deaths, more gun injuries, and yes, more profit for the gun industry.
