Hi there,

She saw potential where others saw inability. She united people through the joy of sport. She believed inclusion, not exclusion, was the only way to move our society forward.

Eunice Kennedy Shriver knew our worldwide movement was possible. In the 52 years since the first Special Olympics Games, we've built a community of more than 5.4 million athletes, in over 190 countries.

Today –– on what would have been Eunice’s 99th birthday –– we want to share a special opportunity to celebrate her legacy and athletes everywhere. Thanks to our Founding Partner, The Coca-Cola Company, when you make a donation of $10 before midnight, it will be DOUBLED to help people with intellectual disabilities (ID) become champions on and off the field. 2X gifts to honor Eunice Kennedy Shriver!

Give $10 = $20

Special Olympics first started in Eunice’s backyard as “Camp Shriver.” Now, that backyard vision has evolved into a global movement. Around the world –– thanks to the generosity of people like you –– we help millions get off the sidelines and into the game. But our mission doesn’t stop there. Through our Inclusive Health efforts, we work to reduce health disparities and help people with ID access quality health care services. Through Unified Schools, we empower students of all abilities to be leaders and practice inclusion in their communities.

This community’s support for these programs on and off the field is transforming the lives of athletes and their families. But, as our world faces new, unexpected challenges, we have so much more work to do together to keep Eunice’s movement strong. Will you make a gift today to honor our fearless founder and support athletes in your state and around the world? Double your gift before midnight tonight >>
