You remember the Koch Brothers, right — the billionaire ideologues behind right-wing plots to privatize and deregulate just about every part of our society?

Well, Charles Koch (brother David died about a year ago) is making headlines again as new reporting shows that for 50 years he has been one of the most fanatical backers of schemes to privatize the United States Postal Service.

And — if we don’t act right now — there’s a real danger that plutocratic forces like Charles Koch may at last achieve their profiteering, anti-democratic ambition.
Legislation passed by the House of Representatives would provide $25 billion for the Post Office — not as much as it needs, but a good start.

But that legislation is in limbo because Mitch McConnell won’t even let it come up for debate, much less a vote, in the Senate.

Tell your senators:

Join your colleagues in the House and pass legislation to keep the United States Postal Service operating.

Add your name.

Thanks for taking action.

In unity,
