John,

Believe it or not, tomorrow is Halloween and that means October is almost over.

You know what they say, “time flies when you’re suing the left!”

Ok, well maybe that isn’t exactly what they say, but it is certainly what our team says at the Center for American Liberty.

In case you missed it, here are 3 significant updates from October:
1. The Center for American Liberty sued the Clark County School District ([link removed]) , in Nevada, on behalf of Kimberley Brock after school officials hung a “Pride Progress” flag in her 14-year-old daughter’s math class. When Kimberly took to social media raising legitimate concerns, the school district banned her from posting on its social media page. This is a clear violation of Kimberley’s First Amendment rights and our lawsuit aims to restore those rights.

2. We scored yet another procedural win in Chloe Cole’s landmark case ([link removed]) holding the gender industrial complex accountable for performing a “sex change” operation on her as a minor. Kaiser is the defendant in this case and is doing everything in its power to keep this case from ever seeing a public trial—at this point, Kaiser is running out of options. Our small team of litigators continues to beat Kaiser’s “big law” team and we intend to continue that trend as this case progresses toward trial.

3. My colleague, Josh Dixon, arguedMahoney v. Capitol Police Board ([link removed]) at the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. We’re working hard to strike down a 250-foot “buffer zone” prohibiting all speech outside the U.S. Capitol building. We represent Rev. Patrick Mahoney who simply wants to peacefully gather with others to pray on the Capitol steps. If there was ever a place in desperate need of prayer it is the U.S. Capitol building. When successful, our lawsuit will re-open the Capitol Grounds for peaceful First Amendment activity.

These are just a few of the growing list of cases our team championed in October.

But we cannot win these cases without you!

Fundraising is enormously difficult at the moment, and we are behind where we need to be financially to get these cases across the finish line.

Every donation, of any size, makes a difference.

As I write this email, we are $12,500 behind our fundraising goal ([link removed]) for the month of October.

Can you help?
Yes! I’ll donate today! ([link removed])
John, your support is making an impact.

Because of your support, we’re able to take on cases others would touch…
…and win!

I love this country and the freedoms it affords all of us.

Like you, I desperately want to pass those freedoms to my children and future grandchildren.

But that will not happen without taking a stand for freedom today! ([link removed])

Thank you so much for your encouragement and for your support.

To say that I deeply appreciate you would be a gross understatement.

God bless,
Mark Trammell
CEO

P.S. The Center for American Liberty has never, and will never, sit back and relax while the socialist-loving left imposes its anti-American values on our country. Like President Reagan said our freedoms are “fragile” and have to be fought for daily to survive. We are in the middle of landmark litigation protecting free speech, parental rights, and vulnerable girls from the gender industrial complex. But we’re $12,500 behind our fundraising goal. Will you help us fund these cases, and more, by making a tax-deductible donation today? ([link removed])
