This afternoon, we’re releasing a video captured by our Operation Liberty team in Chicago. It shows federal agents deploying tear gas into a nonviolent crowd and pointing weapons at our camera operators and at other protestors during last week’s incident in Little Village involving Sector Chief Greg Bovino.

We provide the verified footage with on-screen text of the exact federal court order filed against Bovino and ICE operations in Chicago, and how these federal agents are acting in direct violation of that order.

You will see:

• Tear gas deployed against people not posing an immediate threat
• Weapons pointed at journalists
• No audible warnings before chemical use
• Agents without visible ID and cameras inactive during enforcement
• Excessive use of force used against nonviolent civilians who posed no credible threat to officers
