Earlier this year I had pneumonia and had to take some pharmaceuticals I haven’t had to take in over decades. As a result, of either a side effect of the medication or the infection, I had some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation show up on my face. 

This was the first time I have ever noticed anything like it. Little brown marks and enlarged pores on both of my cheeks… it was annoying and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get rid of them ever since.
