I can’t believe Halloween is tomorrow! (Note: Lisa’s making me say it’s also Reformation Day. :-)) Last year, I went way overboard on candy with my kids. Not only did we go trick-or-treating and come home with four bags of candy (yes, one of those was mine), but we also hit at least two trunk-or-treat events. I DO NOT recommend collecting that much sugar, haha — I think we only made it through a quarter of it. This year, we’re keeping things simple with just neighborhood trick-or-treating. And for the first time in a long time, I won’t be carrying my own candy bag. (Fun fact, though: If you’re in costume and walking with at least one kid, people will still give you candy. I’ve been trick-or-treating for 32 years — I know these things.) Anyway, maybe I should be encouraging you to make better choices than I have when it comes to Halloween activities. Thankfully, our Boundless contributors have you covered! This week, Rebecca Hastings shares a great new article about starting a digital prayer circle, plus we’ve got tips on accountability groups, managing time as a couple, and using social media wisely. So maybe take their advice more than mine. Our authors are really good at encouraging people. :-) Preview of Next Week: On the Show — Life lessons for young adults, what to do with sexual desires as a 30+ single person, and what does a vibrant relationship with Jesus look like?
