We have two more days until we close the books on October, and I know what the D.C. pundits are saying about a race like ours: It can't be done.
But here are the cold hard facts: Mike Rounds is vulnerable. Only 55% of Republicans approve of the job he is doing, and he is underwater amongst Independents by 38 points (17% approve, 55% disapprove)
A Democrat cannot win here, which is why the media writes us off — but I can. Our poll showed that when voters hear my story, I start winning 22% of Republicans and 59% of Independents.
That is the winning coalition, and that is what we are funding. This is not a protest campaign; this is a strategic investment in victory.
