Hi John, I’m Selene.
I am on the finance team at Women's March, and I wanted to send you an
update on our finances before our October fundraising deadline tomorrow.
For some reason, over these past couple of days, our fundraising numbers
have been trending downward, while our work has remained as strong as
ever.

Since January, Women’s March has:
* Organized 2000+ nationwide actions and mobilized 1.3M feminists,
surpassing our annual goal halfway through the year
* Trained over 10,000 people in mutual aid strategy and action
* Expanded alliances with labor, climate, and reproductive rights
partners, and launched global partnerships in Brazil and across Europe
* Launched our Reading the Revolution Book Club and an Organizing
Fellowship to grow grassroots leadership
Women are facing the most severe attacks in our organization’s history.
Fundraising should be the last thing on our minds, but we need resources
to fight back. Our rights are being stripped away in courts, targeted by
extremists, and traded away by politicians who hope women will stay
silent.
That’s why today I’m coming to you directly to ask: [ [link removed] ]Can you chip
in $5 or anything you can before our end-of-month
fundraising deadline tonight? Every dollar counts to make sure we can stay
on track with our funding goals.
[ [link removed] ]DONATE $5
Women’s Marchers are already building a 2026 game plan with escalated
actions, more convenings, and new spaces to connect outside
billionaire-controlled platforms.
But to continue doing this critical work, we simply can’t afford to fall
short on fundraising goals and cut corners in our organizing budget.
Remember this: history proves there is nothing more powerful than women
organizing together for our feminist values. It’s how we won before, and
it’s how we’ll win again.
[ [link removed] ]If you can afford it, will you chip in $5 or anything
you can to help us reach our Democracy Fund goal tonight? Every dollar
makes a big difference with our deadline just hours away.
Together,
Selene, Finance at Women’s March
