In the meeting you’ll hear from those who’ve experienced the harsh reality of
the ban on assisted dying in the UK, alongside experts from regions where
assisted dying is legal.

Speakers will include Jill Hennessy MP, Attorney General and former Health Minister in Victoria,
Australia , the minister in charge of Victoria’s Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill. Sher Safran and Joy Munns , will also discuss how their experiences of their parents’ deaths differed due
to the legalisation of assisted dying in Oregon and the blanket ban in the UK.

We’ve tried to make it as straightforward as possible to watch - no logging on
or app-downloading required! But do let me know if you have any questions ahead
of the event and I’ll try my best to help.

Looking forward to seeing you there,
