The November 4th Pennsylvania Supreme Court Retention election is in 6 days. MAGA winning this could be fatal for the Democratic party. If we lose this court the GOP are guaranteed a win in Pennsylvania in 2028 when Trump seeks his third term.

GOP turnout is surging. Democrats are outnumbered, outgunned, and caught in a dead heat with the GOP. We could lose. 

The GOP’s push has been defined by deceptive ads, mailing, and signs, which make it sound like voting No (the GOP ballot option) will protect abortion.

This is why, today, Defend Our Courts, just launched a massive counterassault on airwaves in PA, starting with an ad running on cable television in Philadelphia and reaching millions digitally across the state.

Our ad makes it crystal clear that the only way to save abortion in PA is by voting Yes. Watch the ad here: 

The ad will run on cable 698 times across 27 cable channels in the greater Philly area between now and late afternoon on Tuesday. Estimate of about 3.2 million impressions.
