I’m suing the Trump administration to save SNAP benefits for millions of Americans. I will not allow Trump to let Minnesotans go hungry, no matter what. 

It’s a disgrace that Donald Trump is using hungry children as a bargaining chip in the fight over HIS government shutdown. It’s not just cruel, it’s unlawful.

The USDA has a multi-BILLION dollar contingency fund with specific intentions of keeping programs like SNAP running — and they must use it.

As the People’s Lawyer, it’s up to me to help hold people in power accountable. And right now, that means taking Donald Trump to court to feed our neighbors here in Minnesota.
