Tuesday will mark thirty years since Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated. The tremendous consequences of this event for Israel and Israeli-Palestinian relations are often discussed. But its impact was felt far beyond Israel’s borders, including for us as American Jews.
I’ll be joined on this webinar by NJN board members Letty Cottin Pogrebin, founding editor of Ms. magazine and longtime activist, and Sam Norich, former publisher of The Forward. At the time of the assassination Letty was president of Americans for Peace Now and Sam was a consultant to the Israel Democracy Institute.
