This is it — the final countdown to Election Day in Pennsylvania next Tuesday, November 4. Voters are faced with a stark choice: 

YES: Vote to keep a 5-2 liberal majority on this critical court that has saved abortion rights and voting rights, and stopped GOP election rigging,

— OR — 

NO: Vote to throw out three justices in one fell swoop, handing MAGA the keys to America’s most important swing state ahead of the 2026 Midterms.

But right now, this election is a numbers game. Democrats are outpacing Republicans in mail-in ballot requests and returns, but the GOP has invested a lot in improving their vote by mail performance. And it is paying off this year: a late surge in mail-in ballots is coming from Republican voters.
