I know there is so much going on right now, but this absolutely sets my hair on fire. The Supreme Court just gave Trump the green light to deny birth control to thousands of women by upholding a cut to the Affordable Care Act.

Contrary to how the Trump Administration may feel, birth control is health care.

And as you all know, I’m running for Congress to fight for Medicare for All -- to improve and expand our system of care -- and to stand up to Republicans who are dead set on stripping away women’s rights.

In Congress, I won’t stop until everyone has access to birth control, and every single one of us has access to the healthcare we need. Chip in a grassroots contribution today if you’re with me.

Let’s talk about the facts here. Women use birth control for a myriad of medical reasons, including treatment of endometriosis, irregular or painful menstrual cycles, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. To deny women the right to protect and treat themselves because of a warped political agenda is reprehensible.

Republicans have introduced bill after bill to regulate the female body, and to limit American’s access to all kinds of necessary care.
